Returns & Exchange Policy

Regular-priced merchandise purchased on TerriAshley.com is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Items must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags and packaging. Items that do meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Sale and discounted items are final purchases.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return: intimates (including bras), earrings, apothecary, cosmetics and swimwear.

Please ensure that returns are shipped via a pre-paid service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we do not accept responsibility for return shipping fees (including any duties or customs brokerage).

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be credited to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made within 5 days of receipt of the return.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
